Papaya Pudding – 1 Serving

Ingredients:

2 teacups papaya

2 tbsp skimmed milk

Sweetener, as per taste

Method:

  • 1) Blend the papaya, milk and sugar in a liquidizer.
  • 2) Add sweetener and pour mixture into cups. Set aside to chili.
  • Server chilled.
